Professional Development Program - extremely effective, interactive real estate sales training! This training will help start your real estate career off THE RIGHT WAY! You can take advantage of this program three days per week: TUESDAYS 9am-12pm, WEDNESDAYS 3pm-5:30pm and Thursdays 9am-12pm

Market Domination Meetings - (Advanced Sales/Marketing Training)the objective is to train agents to use the latest technology to enhance marketing and increase sales. Topics include, Web 2.0, virtual/video listings, powerpoint presentation skills, eCampaigns, realtor.com company showcase and many, many more. This program is available EVERY MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY from 9am-10am.

Master Mind Groups - Agents are assigned to teams that work together to help each other meet new and challenging goals. The meetings are facilitated by the broker and sales manager and mentored by a top producing agent. Its all about working together to acheive great things!

A Little More on Video Hosting

The past two entries have been talking about the importance of getting into blogging and video. I intend to add podcasting to the list but that is for another time. I ran across this great site:Inman News said this about Zipvo: ZIPVO.com launched a year ago as a database of real estate videos accessible by ZIP Code or town. Realtors can upload videos to the site for free, embedding them in IDX-compliant MLS listings or in social networking sites like ActiveRain, Twitter, and Facebook. Making videos and photo tours embeddable and searchable is the key to helping consumers find them.
